About Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science

Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science has been setting the standard in mortuary science education since 1882, making it the nation's oldest school of its kind. Now, it is also the newest. Constantly striving to improve the quality of education, CCMS recently constructed entirely new facilities, including a state-of-the-art clinical embalming laboratory. A CCMS education promises a challenging and comprehensive study of all aspects of the funeral industry, with the opportunity for an Associate's Degree in 18 months or a Bachelor's Degree in 3 1/4 years. Our faculty provides an excellent learning environment. By focusing every step of the way on real experience and practical skills, CCMS has consistently produced graduates with excellent job marketability - and exceptional performance on National Board Examinations.
