A MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ... Welcome to HBC! It is with considerable pride and pleasure that I welcome you to our web site and to a very unique junior college. For over 65 years HBC has been providing quality career-oriented education to men and women in the areas of business, office technology, and medical and legal studies. We have one of the most dedicated faculties I have ever had the pleasure of working with, whose goal is to help you succeed. Our curriculum is practical, designed to give you what you need to get the job you want. One of the things that makes HBC a not-so-ordinary junior college is our commitment to putting students first.
