International Beauty School-Bel Air, a private, proprietary, co-educational institution of higher learning, educates men and women for challenging and rewarding careers in the field of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences. Our philosophy has grown out of the simple belief that education at IBS-Bel Air should be useful.
