About Marion County Community Technical and Adult Education Center

Community Technical and Adult Education is committed to offering courses customized to training for business and industry so you can keep up with ever-expanding technologies and the need to compete in a global market place. Community Technical and Adult Education is the sole provider of the General Education Diploma (GED) and the adult High School Diploma in Marion County. Course offerings also include a variety of literacy programs for basic, workplace and family literacy. With classes in arts, cooking, crafts, dance, health, fitness, fire rescue, real estate, languages, investments, business, computers, recreation and safety, there is something for you! Whether seeking an opportunity to further your career or to enlighten your life, the Center provides quality services, programs, training and instruction to meet both your and your employer's needs. Since its opening, Community Technical and Adult Education has served over 15,000 students through varied programs and services, including additional learning sites located throughout Marion County.
