About Oak Hills Christian College

Our History Oak Hills Christian College began as Oak Hills Christian Training School in 1946. Early leaders of Oak Hills stated: "The general purpose of this corporation shall be to further the study of the Bible among the laity, to teach and equip men and women and youth for Christian service as lay teachers of the Bible, to maintain and operate... a training center... where instruction shall be given in the Bible, in the precepts of Christian character and the rules of Christian fellowship." Although Oak Hills Christian Training School became Oak Hills Bible Institute in 1959, Oak Hills Bible College in 1985, and Oak Hills Christian College in 1998, that original purpose continues to guide us.
